Trader Leaderboard and Risk-Aware Comparison
A ranking only becomes useful when the period, rules and calculation method are clear. Treat a headline rank as the beginning of a comparison.
Compare participants on a shared basis
Check whether participants use the same starting balance, instruments, cost assumptions and evaluation period. Differences in those settings can change the meaning of a return or drawdown comparison. The number of observations also matters: one short sample is not equivalent to a long track record.
A risk-adjusted comparison should state its metric and calculation basis. An unexplained score cannot be independently reproduced from the label alone.
What a useful ranking should disclose
- Start and end of the evaluation period.
- Sample size and eligibility rules.
- Return and drawdown definitions.
- Treatment of deposits, withdrawals and open positions.
- How rule violations, ties and missing data are handled.
Any ranking or score shown in the marketing interface is illustrative. Current rankings, where provided, belong to the application. No real trader identities or independently verified results are represented by the website preview.
Use a comparison to improve the review
Compare your own process with a written baseline before using a rank as a goal. The dashboard workflow and statistics reference explain how to inspect a sample. TGSFX does not promise prizes, funding or future results from leaderboard participation.
